Shipping Policy

• ·Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on a holiday or weekend are processed the next business day.
• ·Pre-orders placed before a print run is delivered are dispatched once that run reaches us. The order confirmation for a pre-order states this, and gives the expected month rather than a date we cannot yet keep.
• ·A tracking reference is emailed when the parcel is handed to the courier. If you have not received one within a week of ordering, write to us before assuming the order is lost.

• ·Within India: approximately 5–10 business days from dispatch.
• ·International: approximately 2–5 weeks from dispatch, depending on the destination and on customs.
• ·These are estimates from the courier, not guarantees. Festival weeks, remote pin codes and customs inspections all add time.

• ·Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination and the weight of the order, and is shown before you pay. A multi-volume set is heavy, and its shipping reflects that.
• ·International shipping is materially more expensive than domestic, particularly for the complete set. The figure at checkout is the whole of what we charge for carriage.
• ·Any customs duty, import tax or handling fee levied by the destination country is payable by you, on delivery, to the carrier or the authority. We cannot calculate these in advance, cannot pay them for you, and cannot refund them.

Books are packed to survive the post: wrapped, corner-protected and boxed rather than sent in a padded envelope. If a parcel reaches you visibly damaged, photograph it before opening it — that photograph is what lets us claim against the courier and replace the book.

• ·The address you give at checkout is the address we ship to. Once a parcel is with the courier we usually cannot change it.
• ·If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or incomplete, or nobody was available across the courier’s attempts, the parcel returns to us. We will re-ship it once you confirm a corrected address, and re-shipping is charged again at cost.
• ·If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we replace it or refund it in full — your choice.

Orders are dispatched from SET BEFORE LAUNCH — dispatch address. For bulk orders to temples, patasalas or libraries, and for any destination that fails at checkout, write to support@prabhandham.in and we will arrange it directly.
