This site is a reader for the நாலாயிர திவ்ய பிரபந்தம். It has no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking of any kind. Reading needs no account, and the whole corpus works offline once loaded. The iOS and Android apps are covered by their own policy.

What is stored in your browser
Three small values are kept in this browser’s local storage, on your device:
- dp.reading — your script, text size, line spacing and theme.
- dp.auth.provider — which provider you last signed in with, so recitations open in the right service.
- dp.auth.prompted — that you have already been asked about signing in, so you are not asked again.
Signing in (optional)
Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication, a Google service, using either your Google or your Apple account. Google processes the sign-in and holds the resulting account record on the publisher’s behalf; it is governed by Google’s privacy policy, and by Apple’s if you sign in with Apple. The publisher does not receive, store, or have any use for your password.

Recitations
No audio is hosted here.
- Apple Music — plays in the page through MusicKit, under your own Apple Music subscription. Apple receives the playback request and the authorisation, governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
- YouTube Music — plays in an embedded YouTube player. Google receives the playback request and may set cookies in that embedded frame, governed by Google’s privacy policy.
Hosting, and the one thing this site does contact
The site is served by Vercel, which, like any web host, records ordinary request logs — including IP addresses — for delivery and security. That is inherent to being a website rather than an installed app, and is the main way this policy differs from the one covering the iOS and Android builds.
The site also calls a small endpoint of its own to obtain the short-lived developer token that lets Apple Music play in the page, and to look up a recitation’s title and artwork. Those requests carry no identifier for you and nothing about them is stored.

What is never collected
- Personal identifiers, contact lists, or location of any precision.
- Analytics, usage profiling, or behavioural tracking.
- Advertising identifiers. There are no advertising or tracking scripts on this site at all.
- What you search for, what you read, or how long you read it.
Children
The site is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal information, no age-gating or special handling applies.
Keeping or removing your data
- Clearing this site’s data in your browser removes every stored preference and the offline cache.
- Signing out, from Settings → Account, removes the sign-in from this browser.
- To remove the account record itself, use the Google or Apple account controls the sign-in was made with.
Security
Everything the site stores is held by your browser under its own security model, and is reachable only from this site’s own origin. The publisher runs no user database, so there is no store of reader data to breach.
Changes
This policy may be updated as the site changes. The effective date above is revised when it is, and the current version always lives at this address.
